Every employee at Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD is certified. To become an employee of Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD, all team members must pass a background reference check, aptitude test, and a drug screen. Organizational Structure

Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD is a licensed, certified and bonded Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractor. We have been in business since 1976. On the average we have 29 employees, of these there are 8 office/sales personnel and 21 field & field supervisor personnel. We are a Texas company serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex areas. 		Terry Krueger - President Certifications: Class “A” License Holder issued by the State of Texas for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration, EPA Refrigerant Certified, Trane Certified, Carrier Certified, York Certified, Trane Commercial and Residential Load Certified. Experience: Over 30 years experience in project management and sales in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities: Oversees all operations for Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD with a strong emphasis on the Commercial and Residential HVAC project sales and management. Terry is very active in all aspects of project sales, design-build, planning, performance, and customer relations.
		Bobbi Krueger - Executive Vice President/ Comptroller Bobbi has been with Metro Heating & Cooling since 1989. Bobbi oversees all day to day operations for Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD with a strong emphasis on the accounting and payroll departments. Certifications: General Business Accounting, Business Management, Lien Law Certified, and Miller’s Act certified. Experience: Over 25 years experience in HVAC office management.
		Joe Sutterfield - Service Manager Experience: Over 29 years experience in HVAC service, installation, design, sales and management in the heating and air conditioning industry. Certifications: Class “A” License Holder issued by the State of Texas for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration/Process Cooling, EPA Refrigerant certification, NATE Certified, Carrier, Trane, York, Lennox, Ruud, Rheem Certified, Trane Commercial & Residential Load Certified, York - Millennium certified, Amana HTM Certified, NATE Instructor for the Air Conditioning Contractors of America North Texas Chapter, NATE Instructor for Carrier North Texas, NATE Instructor for Johnson Supply distributor for York air conditioning equipment. Responsibilities: Manage the operations of commercial and residential HVAC service, replacement, and system maintenance management. Oversee customer service, technician dispatch, and customer relations. Manage residential and commercial replacement projects. Assist in accomplishing the overall goals for the company.
		Wendy Harrelson - Assistant to the Vice President Wendy has been with Metro Heating & Cooling since June of 2000. Wendy assists the Vice President in numerous duties involving the complete day to day operations of the company. Experience: Over 10 years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, dispatching, service & job scheduling, job costing, billing, and collections. Certifications: Microsoft Office, Electronic Service Control, Quick Books, Teletrac.

Safety Program

Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD has a safety program that meets OSHA 29CFR1910 “General Industry Standards” and 29CFR1926 requirements. We require specified employees to obtain safety certification through the Texas Safety Association. Metro Heating & Cooling, LTD employees are required to wear picture I.D. name badges.
