COMFORT GUARANTEE
Your new comfort system will be able to achieve _____º on a _______º day in the summer and ____º on a ____º day in the winter. Should the system fall short of either of these temperatures, Metro Heating & Cooling will perform any measure necessary to accomplish these temperatures.
24 HOUR PROTECTION
During the 1st year of operation, should the system installed by Metro Heating and Cooling fail to heat or cool your home we will repair the system within 24 hours of the time you call. In the event that we fail to accomplish this, we will issue a check to you for $250.
NO LEMON PROTECTION
If the compressor fails in the condensing unit, twice in the first five years, Metro Heating & Cooling deems this condensing unit to be a lemon and will replace the entire condensing unit at no charge to the customer.
PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION
In the unlikely event that any damage is caused to your home by our personnel during the installation of your new system Metro Heating and Cooling will repair the damage at no cost to the consumer.
